Step inside a recently built home in Marana's Los Saguaros community — Café appliances, an RV garage, and golf course views in Dove Mountain.
A recently built home just hit the market in Dove Mountain, and it’s easy to see why this Marana community continues to be one of the most sought-after in the area. This particular home sits on a quarter-acre lot in the gated Los Saguaros community, complete with an RV garage and mountain and golf course views right from the backyard. Built in 2025, it’s still one of the newer homes in the neighborhood — and today we’re walking through it top to bottom, courtesy of Jerry Gonzalez with Team Integrity and Keller Williams Southern Arizona, who graciously let us tour the property.
Why Dove Mountain Keeps Coming Up
Dove Mountain sits in the foothills of the Tortolita Mountains, with more than 60 miles of hiking and biking trails practically outside your back door. If golf is part of your lifestyle — and around here, it usually is — you’ve got access to the Gallery Golf Club’s Jack Nicklaus-designed course, plus the Ritz-Carlton just minutes away.
First Impressions: Light, Bright, and Well Kept
From the moment you step inside, the home feels wide open and welcoming. The entrance includes a window facing the front door, so you can always see who’s approaching. To the right, a laundry room connects directly to the garage.
This side of the home holds two secondary bedrooms sharing a bathroom, along with floating shelves, a powder room, and a coat closet that runs all the way to the ceiling — plenty of room for extra storage. The shared bathroom has quartz countertops, a brushed nickel faucet, and a matching towel rack. Throughout the home, you’ll notice 8-foot doors with a 6-panel design, a small but noticeable upgrade over standard interior doors.
A Kitchen Built for Cooking
The kitchen is one of the standout spaces in this home. White cabinets keep the space feeling light and bright, and every lower cabinet includes pull-out shelving — a small detail that makes a big difference day to day.
The appliance package is Café brand throughout, including:
- A 6-burner stainless steel range that looks barely used
- A built-in microwave
- An oven with an air fryer setting
- A matching Café refrigerator
Upper cabinets extend high enough to include old-school “plant shelves,” and the pantry offers enough room for small appliances like a bread maker or espresso machine. Off to the side, there’s a dedicated nook that’s practically begging to be turned into a coffee station.
Family Room and Kitchen Flow
The family room area is tiled throughout and features the same cool-looking ceiling fan found in nearly every room of the home. The kitchen island includes a breakfast bar, pendant lighting, and plenty of can lighting overhead.
A few practical details stand out here too: sprinklers are built into the ceiling (required in homes over roughly 3,000 square feet), and there’s a doggy door tucked into the corner. A 4-panel sliding glass door leads to the backyard, offering a peekaboo view of the Tortolita Mountains and the golf course beyond.
The Primary Suite
The primary suite has its own private entry, set apart from the rest of the home. A barn door accents the opening into the primary bathroom, and the same oversized ceiling fan continues the design theme.
Inside the primary bath, a long vanity runs the length of the room beneath a single expansive mirror. Unique wood towel hooks add a custom touch, and the walk-in closet offers enough space to justify a custom closet system down the road. The layout is a true split plan — the primary suite sits far from the secondary bedrooms, giving both areas real privacy.
Flexible 4th Bedroom, Guest Bedroom, and Shared Bath
Near the front of the home, a fourth bedroom with double doors could easily function as a home office or den, though it does include a closet — which is what qualifies this as a true 4-bedroom, 3-bath home.
The guest bedroom nearby includes its own closet and a bathroom finished with subway tile in the tub and shower, plus two sinks — a practical feature for anyone sharing that space. A linen closet and tankless water heater round out this side of the home, with the tankless system being a genuinely rare find in a production-built home.
The Garage: Room for an RV and Then Some
The garage is where this home really sets itself apart. In addition to a standard two-car garage with epoxy flooring, there’s a dedicated RV garage extending the space to feel like a three-car garage plus additional storage. It’s a feature rarely seen in national builder communities — this one was built by Lennar — though it’s starting to show up more often across Dove Mountain.
Backyard and Golf Course Views
Out back, pavers and landscaping lead to a covered patio and a generously sized turfed area. The view stretches straight to the golf course and the Tortolita Mountains beyond — the kind of backdrop that’s hard to find outside a handful of communities in Marana.
A Home Ready for Its Next Owner
This home is a great example of what’s currently available in Dove Mountain: a quarter-acre lot, an RV garage, golf course and mountain views, and easy access to everything the community offers. It’s clean, well-kept, and ready for a new owner to add their own personal touches.
